Dear potential participants of the 1st stage (prequalification) of the international tender!

 According to paragraph 14.1 of Section II — Data Sheet (DS) of the prequalification documentation, in case of intention to participate in the prequalification, Participants must send an appropriate confirmation by October 03, 2022.

Confirmation of the Participant’s intention to participate in the prequalification must be sent to the email addresses listed below:

After confirmation of participation, the Customer will send each Participant a private link, accessible only to him, to download soft copies of the application files. Participants should not disclose the data of such a private link to anyone.

The link to the Sharepoint platform will be private for each Participant, including a separate password. The password should not be shared with anyone.

The participant must either copy-paste the link into the internet browser, or click on it to access the designated Project Portal for downloading files. After that, the Participant will be asked to enter a password. Following the password verification, the Project Portal will be available for downloading application files.

The link will be available for download from 10:00 am on October 11, 2022 to 17:00 pm on October 13, 2022, Astana time. After the specified period, the link will be unavailable.

In case of discrepancies between soft copies and hard copies of applications, hard copies shall prevail.
