Announcement of the procedure for selecting an audit organization

Ak Su KMG LLP (hereinafter referred to as the Customer), guided by Appendix No. 13 “Procedure for selecting an audit organization” to the Procedure for Procurement of Samruk-Kazyna JSC and legal entities, fifty or more percent of voting shares (participatory interests) of which directly or indirectly belong to Samruk-Kazyna JSC on the right of ownership or trust management, announces the Procedure for selecting an audit organization to provide services for the audit of financial statements (hereinafter referred to as the Services), in the following scope and on the following conditions:

 

1. Name and address of the Customer:

Ak Su KMG LLP, legal and actual address: Astana, D. Konaev street, 8. E-mail: info@aksukmg.kz.

2. Volume of purchased services:

Auditing services for financial statements provided in accordance with the International Auditing Standards provide for an audit of the Customer’s separate financial statements for 2021-2022, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (hereinafter referred to as IFRS), the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Accounting and Financial reporting”, the Accounting policy of Ak Su KMG LLP, the Policy of Samruk-Kazyna JSC in the field of attracting the services of audit organizations (approved by the decision of the Board of Directors of NWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC dated May 27, 2021, protocol No. 185), and also in accordance with the list and forms approved by the normative act of the authorized state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and assume the following:

— conducting an audit of the Customer’s financial statements for 2021-2022 in order to express an independent opinion on the reliability of the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS in all material respects with the issuance of an audit report in tenge in russian language in the amount of 3 (three) pieces.

3. The amount allocated for the purchase of Services is:

6,720,000 (six million seven hundred and twenty thousand) tenge with VAT, 6,000,000 (six million) tenge without VAT.

4. Copies of the Request for participation in the Procedure for selecting an audit organization can be obtained by authorized representatives of potential Participants in electronic form or on paper at the address: Astana, D. Konaev street, 8.

A request for participation in the Selection Procedure is submitted after the provision of official confirmation of participation in the Selection Procedure, as well as the signing of a confidentiality agreement between the Customer and the potential Participant.

5. A potential Participant who has expressed a desire to participate in the Selection Procedure must submit:
1) official confirmation of participation or non-participation of the Participant in the Selection Procedure,
2) an official tender offer of the provision of Services in accordance with the requirements specified in the Request for Participation in the Selection Procedure.

6. The official tender offer of the Participants are submitted to the Customer in a sealed envelope at the address: Astana, D. Konaev street, 8.

When submitting an official tender offer by potential Participants or their authorized representatives on purpose, potential Participants or their authorized representatives must submit a power of attorney to persons representing the interests of a potential Participant for the right to submit an official offer, with a copy of an identity document.

7. Official confirmations of participation / non-participation and official tender bids of the Participants are submitted to the Customer at the address: Astana, D. Konaev street, 8, in the following terms (Astana time):

Deadline for receiving official confirmations of participation/non-participation:

Start date: March 30, 2023 at 09:00.

End date: May 02, 2023 at 18:30.

 

Deadline for accepting official bids:

Start date: , May 03, 2023 at 09:00.

End date: June 05, 2023 at 11:00.
