Financial control measures

• Persons equated to persons authorized to perform state functions and their spouses (a person performing managerial functions in a state organization or a quasi-public sector entity, as well as a person authorized to make decisions on the organization and conduct of procurement, including public procurement, or responsible for the selection and implementation of projects financed from public funds the budget and the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a person holding a position not lower than the head of an independent structural unit in these organizations, performing managerial functions in a state organization or a quasi-public sector entity, as well as a person authorized to make decisions on the organization and conduct of procurement, including public procurement, or responsible for the selection and implementation of projects funded from the state budget and the National Fund of the Republic of Kazakhstan, holding a position not lower than the head of an independent structural unit in these organizations) submit a declaration of income and property to the state revenue body at the place of residence.
• Failure to submit a declaration of income and property or submission of incomplete, unreliable information in such declarations, if the act does not contain signs of a criminally punishable act:    

       — entails liability provided for by the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses.
